Billable Time and Payment Policy
  • Billable time includes hands-on organizing, planning, research, longer communications, and shopping services

  • Our rates, package, and hourly, are outlined in our Letter of Agreement

  • For larger projects, we may agree to add an extra organizer or team of organizers, at an additional cost

  • All work is billed in 15-minute increments

  • Payment for services, including reimbursement for any parking costs, is expected by the end of each session

  • We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo

  • Weekend appointments may be subject to a 20% surplus charge

  • Any shopping we do on your behalf will be paid for by your credit card, with the information kept securely in NordPass

Donation and Recycling Policy
  • We will guide any downsizing process, but all final decisions of what to discard are freely yours to make

  • If desired, we will take up to a car-load of donations to a nearby charity at the end of each session at no extra charge, and provide you with a donation receipt, based on your estimated value of the donated goods

  • At all times we strive to minimize the burden that the organizing process can put on our planet, so we will suggest donation and recycling options for items that can be kept out of the trash

  • As our client, you will have access to our extensive collection of contacts and resources for donating, recycling, and consigning your unwanted goods

Communication and Correspondence Policy
  • You are welcome to e-mail and text us at your convenience

  • We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner, within 48 hours and usually during regular working hours (M-F, 9 am - 5 pm)

  • You are welcome to call us during regular working hours (M-F, 9 am - 5 pm)

  • If we cannot answer, we will return your call within 48 hours, during regular working hours (M-F, 9 am - 5 pm)

Working Together
  • Our methodology is to partner with you to reach your vision and goals for your space. Receiving input from you helps to facilitate this. Plan to work side-by-side and discuss the process.

  • That being said, we may offer long-term clients a maintenance package after we have established a set of understandings and routines, where we go in and do any tweaking or system upkeep without them

  • Let’s accomplish the most we can by keeping distractions to a minimum:

    • Please keep your phone calls and texting to a minimum during our sessions, and we will do the same

    • We love cats and dogs and welcome their company, but request that they not get in the way of the space and items we are organizing

    • Same with children. Please arrange childcare for younger kids during our sessions

  • We have the right to decline providing services if toxins are present in the work area, or if dangerous and/or uncomfortable conditions are present which includes extreme heat or cold temperatures in working areas.
