First, We Chat

Before anything gets moved, labeled, or put in a pretty container, we start with a conversation. You’ll tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what your dream vision looks like.


We ask questions like:

What’s been getting in the way?

Who uses the space?

This is a no-pressure, judgment-free zone. Our goal is to understand your needs so we can create a plan that works for you, not against you. And if we agree to work together, then w

e’re on to meeting at your home!


The Organizing Sessions Begin

This is where the magic happens—and spoiler alert: it’s more about decision-making than label-making (but we’ll do that, too!). During your organizing sessions, we’ll guide you through the decluttering process, help you make decisions (without pressure), and set up systems that work for your lifestyle. We may laugh, we may get a little emotional, and you may find that sweater you lost in 2019 (<-- true client story!). It’s all part of the process. Most clients say they feel lighter after just one session. And to help with that, we can even help cart away donations.

At our first session, plan on giving your organizer a short tour of the relevant spaces, focusing on your “pain points.” We’ll ask questions, take notes, and start plotting our course together. Your goals are our goals, and we’ll help you and your space get there.
